What is Google Flow?

Google Flow (formerly hosted at labs.google, now flow.google.com) is Google's AI filmmaking studio. You describe shots or supply images, and Flow generates and edits video clips, then lets you arrange scenes. Since May 2026 it uses Gemini Omni Flash as its main video model alongside Veo 3.1, plus a Flow Agent assistant. Access comes through Google AI Plus, Pro or Ultra subscriptions, and Veo/Omni are also reachable via the Gemini app and the Gemini API.

Producing cinematic clips and consistent scenes normally needs a crew; Flow generates and edits shots from prompts and references.
